Massachusetts Cohousing, Littleton, MA
Massachusetts Cohousing is the first senior cohousing community in New England, and is comprised of 24 units for 55+. Sited in downtown Littleton, the community includes a one-story flat and a multi-story apartment building; an existing historic Federal house will be renovated to become the Common House which will serve as a shared facility for all. The design process has included two weekend workshops for the stakeholders and design team, to develop the site and unit designs.
