Remi’s Block in Concord, NH, is a landmark project that showcases a remarkable transformation of a five-story historic building. Once condemned, this building has been reborn through a meticulous redesign that honors its heritage while embracing modern living. The project is a testament to the fusion of historic preservation and modern functionality, contributing to the architectural richness of Concord.

Project Features:

  • Residential and Retail: The ground level houses three retail spaces, and the upper floors feature 20 contemporary bedroom units.
  • Architectural Integrity: The brick exterior was preserved with the addition of balconies that enhance outdoor accessibility.
  • Scenic Views: Select units offer vistas of the State House and White Mountains.
